By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Site or use our Services.

2. STORE POLICIES

2.1 In-Store Purchases

All sales are final once products leave our premises. We will accept returns or exchanges for unopened, undamaged items within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Store credit may be offered at our discretion for items returned without a receipt.

2.2 Online Orders

Products purchased online may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in their original, unopened condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.

2.3 Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided when the item becomes available. Pre-order release dates are estimates and subject to change based on publisher/manufacturer schedules. Cancellation of pre-orders may be requested before the item ships.

3. MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

3.1 Enrollment

Membership benefits begin upon enrollment and payment of applicable membership fees. Membership is non-transferable and ID may be required when using membership benefits.

3.2 Membership Benefits

Benefits vary by membership tier and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated. The Board District reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the membership program with reasonable notice.

3.3 Renewal and Cancellation

Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date. Refunds for membership fees are not provided once the membership period has begun except where required by law.

4. EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS

4.1 Registration

Event and workshop registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is required to secure your spot. We reserve the right to cancel events due to insufficient registration, instructor availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel event registrations up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are eligible for store credit only. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

4.3 Rules of Conduct

All participants must adhere to our Code of Conduct during events, which promotes inclusive, respectful behavior. We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.
